Unified diff to restore the port

databases/pecl-memcache was removed due to PHP 5.6 being EOL. There is an
unofficial fork maintaining a version that works with PHP 7.x. Until they =
can
publish to PECL (https://news-web.php.net/php.pecl.dev/15838), I've changed=
 the
port to download the sources from the Github repository hosting the forked
version.

SVN Commands used:

svnlite copy https://svn.FreeBSD.org/ports/head/databases/pecl-memcache@488=
