There is a PR from September 2020:

Bug 249369 - device dtrace and device dtraceall are incompatible with options ZFS

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=249369

Maybe if you add a note there the PR will get some attention? But
maybe try HEAD first?!
