hello, i wonder if any of you know if there is any
mailing list and / or webboard for people who are new
to programming in c for unix. i dont mean kernel stuff
as it's too advanced. just 'c' but from a unix
perspective (system calls, sockets, pipes etc).

also any newbie scripting list? 

that's not necesarily for freebsd...any unix.
