If you only need HTML docs, I can build you a snapshot with a couple of formats, like FORMATS="html html-split", and upload it somewhere where you can grab it at your leisure. If you prefer copying the files yourself, you can recursively retrieve a copy of /pub/FreeBSD/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1 from one of the FTP mirrors. - Giorgos
