I'm sorry about your cash situation, but that doesn't affect the
copyright situation.

And that's the way it is.  Most things in FreeBSD are free; this isn't
one of them.  If you want free documentation, use the online handbook.

Under these circumstances, I find it objectionable that you should
claim not to have had any reply from me.
