rmci.net has been blocked for a while now:

they spammed us.

we have blocked them every since....they failed to respond to our
emails regarding the spamming.

they have tried to send us repeatedly since september 1 (my oldest
records, still available).

i'll unblock them, but any spam and wham, the block goes back into
effect.
