The pkgng wiki ( https://wiki.freebsd.org/pkgng ) seems to be misleading = on the issue of including vs. not including /latest in http.../latest in = that it lists: url: "pkg+http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/${ABI}/latest" so when I was looking around it did not suggest that I remove the = "/Latest" suffix from the url that I had: it instead suggested to me = that it should be included.
