Yea, this actually replaces a mechanism that was used in pccardd that = dates back about 10 or more years. When devd.conf replaced pccardd, we = tried to map it as closely as possible and get rid of the (poorly named) = pccard_ether script... I haven't looked into the deeper issue of the bogus error messages, or = if they are bogus at all or not... Warner
