Fix devel/libpru printf format errors with clang 3.7.0

During the exp-run in bug 201377, it was found that devel/libpru gives errors
with a recent clang 3.7.0 snapshot:

http://package18.nyi.freebsd.org/data/headi386PR201377-default/2015-07-31_12h04m22s/logs/errors/libpru-0.2.log

This is because the port compiles with -Weverything -Werror, and attempts to
print various pointers which are not void * using the %p format. This can be
fixed by casting the pointers to void *.
