Here is some information for Warner to stick in his files.

I have a Toshiba Satellite 2805-s201. It uses the ToPIC100 pcic device.

I normally have just one card, the multi-function
  "Linksys"("EtherFast 10&100 + 56K PC Card (PCMLM56)") [(null)] [(null)]

I had the opportunity to try two other cards today.
  "Toshiba America"("3CXM056-BNW") [3COM/NoteWorthy 56K Modem] [(null)]
  "Linksys"("EtherFast 10/100 PC Card (PCMPC100 V2)") [V2.0] [ ]

Previously, I had thought that slot 1 on my pcic was non working with the
version of the pccard code that hit just before FreeBSD 4.4. But it turns out
that slot 1 does work with at least one card.

With my PCMLM56 in slot 1 I get:

pcic1: Event mask 0x6
pcic1: Autodetected 3.3V card
pccard: card inserted, slot 1
pcic1: reset 1 int is 10 stat is ff
pcic1: reset 2 int is 70 stat is ef
pcic1: reset 3 int is 70 stat is ef

pcic1: Event mask 0x8
pcic1: Event mask 0xe
pcic1: Event mask 0x6
pccard: card removed, slot 1

and PCMLM56 with slot 0:
pcic0: Event mask 0x6
pcic0: Autodetected 3.3V card
pccard: card inserted, slot 0
pcic0: reset 1 int is 10 stat is ff

With the 3CXM056-BNW in slot 1, I get a similar response as to the PCMLM56:
pcic1: Event mask 0x6
pcic1: Autodetected 3.3V card
pccard: card inserted, slot 1
pcic1: reset 1 int is 10 stat is ff

pcic1: Event mask 0x8
pcic1: Event mask 0xe
pccard: card removed, slot 1

However, with the PCMPC100 V2 in slot 1 I get:
pcic1: Event mask 0x6
pcic1: Autodetected 3.3V card
pccard: card inserted, slot 1
pcic1: reset 1 int is 10 stat is ff
pcic1: reset 2 int is 70 stat is cf
