I originally installed two 350MHz PIIs, and booted a prebuilt SMP kernel. It ran fine for a few minutes, long enough for me to start X, run netscape etc., and then it hung. After a few seconds it rebooted. Checking the SMP web details, I tried a kernel with SMP_TIMER_NC, but the same occurred. I removed one of the PIIs, and it works just fine with only one CPU. Are there any known issues with this motherboard? Is there anything I should try to counter this problem? I have attached boot messages and the output of mptable.
