I have tried vnc download and treid the pkg_add -r gnome-vnc and still no l= uck. Have gnome as my settings on the system and when I reboot all the vnc= settings are gone no matter how it is loaded. Went out on the web tried w= hat was out there on xstartup and followed instructions and still after reb= oot no windows manager when you vnc into the machine. Any help here would = be nice. I am running freebsd 7.0. Thanks, Jeff Ackland
