Subject: Upgrading 13.2 to 14.1 broke routing for wake-on-lan packets

Hello!

I configured static entries for routable broadcast packets using rc.conf:
static_arp_pairs="XX XY"
static_arp_48="192.168.XX.255 ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff"
static_arp_52="192.168.XY.255 ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff"

And before upgrading the FreeBSD on the gateway successfully routes WOL
packets.
But after upgrading from 13.2 to 14.1 this configuration stops working - I
do not see routed packets on the outgoing interface.

Any ideas?
