The symptoms are reproducable here if I boost efiloader's EFI_STAGING_SIZE =
to
512M or more.
Lowering to less than 512M (which was recently increased to 100M on amd64)
allows normal boot.  Maybe someone with deeper UEFI knowledge can find a
correlation between EFI_STAGING_SIZE in stand/efi/loader/copy.c and maybe
vendor dependent implementation bugs?
