https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D269631 Felix Palmen <zirias@freebsd.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|New |Open Assignee|ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org |zirias@freebsd.org CC| |zirias@freebsd.org --- Comment #5 from Felix Palmen <zirias@freebsd.org> --- Looks interesting! Please shorten the pkg install message a bit, according to this guideline: https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/book/#porting-message I would assume most of the info should be in the README you mention, but th= is isn't installed ... shouldn't it be installed with DOCS=3DON? Also, the port currently creates an empty directory /usr/local/appjail. Isn= 't this pointless? Possibly a bug in the upstream install, as it's created that way in the stagedir? Finally a question: Can the software be used in a sane way without git? If = so, I'd suggest not to make this option a default. If I understand it correctly, the user can always just install both git and debootstrap himself and appja= il can make use of it? --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
