     The 2.2 release won't be happening until the end of the year (?) or
so, and so it'll be a few months before you get it.  However, Walnut
Creek is (just now) sending out the 2.1.5 release on CDROM.  If you're
on the subscription program, you should be getting your copy any day now
(however, I don't know what the mail delays are like for overseas mail,
and so it could take longer).

     Alternatively, if you can accept a little instability, you might
want to get the latest 2.2-snapshot (the 960801 version).  I believe
Walnut Creek is releasing this particular version as part of their
snapshot subscription program.
