You can install it on the same machine on a different partition, but not "under" linux (just as you can't run windows under linux or linux under windows). Wine can run under either Linux or FreeBSD. If you're interested in wine, and already have Corel Linux, probably you should stick with linux for now and contact a linux mailing list for further help.
