The call to your company went out 21:19:40.17, now it is 21:21:12.28
almost 1 1/2 minutes (!!!!!!) after the setup with cr=0x08 comes the
disconnect for this call - that is ridiculous !!!

This is strange. At least you see that your company is _immediately_ (!!!)
calling you back which is the primary cause of your problem. The other
problem is the remote end (or the exchange) which somehow delays the
disconnect message for 1 and a half minutes.
