No it doesn't, but there a good reason for this.  The XFree86 people
caused a few things to break, and one of them was the installation
placement of the xpm.h file from the xpm port.  Just go double check that
your xpm file is in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11, and not /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/X11.

This doesn't break anymore, but there's a window of incompatibility,
depending on what XFree86 you're running, and what version you installed
the xpm port with.
