Patches for -client and -server ports

PostgreSQL 14 includes a new command-line tool:

pg_amcheck =E2=80=94 checks for corruption in one or more PostgreSQL databa=
ses,
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/14/app-pgamcheck.html

The ports for -client and -server do not build it. Attached patch is probab=
ly
incomplete, but seems to work for me. The man page for pg_amcheck was alrea=
dy
listed in pkg-plist-client.
