The problem is that DNS is a fairly complex subject. You'll have to create zone files for any domains that you want to serve, regardless of what server software you wish to use. If you really want to do this, I strongly suggest getting a copy of "DNS and Bind" (O'Reilly, http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/dns4/).
