I was all set to upgrade my firewall to 4.0 when I noticed that there's no option for one of my NICs (ep -- 3c509) in the hardware config. Given that I have to re-compile the kernel anyway, is the ep driver available? Can I use an older one? Any ideas on how I would do that? I have had no problems w/ the hardware setup I've been using and would like to keep it. Or should I start juggling NICs btw machines to find 2 that I can use? thanks...
