Perhaps faster in some circumstances.  Don't make the same mistakes as
Linus does in judging something by name and quick glances only.  (``As
to _why_ Linux is that fast, the reason is simply that Linux has a
better interface to the kernel than any other UNIX I know about.'' --
The only explanation why one would not call this sentence `arrogant'
might be that Linus perhaps doesn't know very many other UNIXes.)

You should not listen to the shouting people.  However, have a look at
the guy called `Pedro'.  No, you don't find him in the hot parts of
the discussion...  but his argumentations makes sense, and he seems to
have a couple of valid points.
