You could, if you knew UNIX commands. :)

It won't look exactly like it, especially with the default window manager.
If you installed and set up X properly, you should be able to run `startx'
from the $ prompt and X will start up.

``Complete FreeBSD'' is a good place to start, but your local bookstore
can help you with books in general for new users.  Also check out the
FreeBSD Bibliography at http://www.freebsd.org.
