svn patch to latest version

Updates gb to the latest release, with support for v1.8 of the Go runtime.

Fixes broken builds (e.g. sysutils/hfm).

Broken builds look something like this:

_testmain.go:96: cannot use matchString (type func(string, string) (bool,
error)) as type testing.testDeps in argument to testing.MainStart:
        func(string, string) (bool, error) does not implement testing.testD=
eps
(missing MatchString method)
FATAL: command "test" failed: exit status 2
