 Actually, it is possible to use the Linux codecs (or at least some of
 them) with FreeBSD applications through /etc/libmap.conf, eg:
 
 [/usr/local/lib/win32/]
 libc.so.6	libc.so.5
 
 (tested with xine and a Real Video 4.0 file)
 
 Therefore, the above patch should be discarded and this PR closed.
