Hey there,

According to the folks at Best Practical, who make RT, the release of 
Email::Address to the latest version is a security-related one, which 
should also cause it to be updated in Quarterly, not just LATEST.

Versions: 1.909 -> 1.912

This bump was required to fix CVE's in RT, which we use internally and 
would like to be able to stick with Quarterly, rather than latest.
