            Bug ID: 278033
           Summary: sysutils/cpuid: take over maintainership
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: pkubaj@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: sebastien.blanchet.fr38@gmail.com
          Assignee: pkubaj@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(pkubaj@FreeBSD.org)

sysutils/cpuid (version 20230614) has no maintainer and seems broken for a
while.

For example, then trying to print the version number with

    cpuid -v

It prints 171 lines instead of the single one with the version number.

- I would like to try to fix this package and take over the maintainership.
- It is a small C program: sloccount reports only 10,144 lines of code
- Therefore it is an ideal step to become a FreeBSD port maintainer.
