Well, SMP means Simultaneous Multi Processor, ie. you have two or four CPUs
in your machine.

Blue (or blank) screens and re-booting probably means you are running the
Windows OS, in which case the users of this list won't be able to help as
it's for users of the FreeBSD OS.
