But after that, the card is not detected. Is there a one pass check only here? Without the wi driver compiled in the kernel, the card is attached to its driver (sio): pccard: card inserted, slot 1 sio4 at port 0x2f8-0x2ff iomem 0xd5000-0xd50ff irq 5 slot 1 on pccard1 sio4: type 16550A sio4: unable to activate interrupt in fast mode - using normal mode Can you tell me how to make the two types of cards working friendly by default without recompiling the kernel?
