I'm definitely in favor.  I don't get bitten _that_ often, but I
still consider /usr/include depending directly on /usr/src a very
dirty wart, especially when not _all_ of /usr/include is created this
way.

Disk space is cheap and getting cheaper; time is expensive and getting
more so.
