Well, for a start you could use a subject line which will grab the
attention of people who can help.

If that's all you can think of, that will do it.  Otherwise read
http://www.lemis.com/questions.html, which you must have received
dozens of time in the mail.  To quote: 

  Don't send a message to FreeBSD-questions: they can't help you.
