This is an IBM T30 with : fxp0: port 0x8000-0x803f mem 0xd0200000-0xd0200fff irq 11 at device 8.0 on pci2 I also added to /boot/device.hints : hint.fxp.0.prefer_iomap="1" I upgraded from -current of last july, with all interrupts set to 11 in the bios, fxp0 worked fine for the last 3 months, it seemed the hint.fxp.0.prefer_iomap fixed it for me then. Upgrading to -current of October 23 gave the 'fxp0: device timeouts' back. I tried al pci interrupts set to auto in the bios, this works for a colleague of me with the same laptop on 5.1-R , but not for me on todays -current. Tobias Roth wrote on 18 Jul 2003 about this irq order: 5,9,10,11,11,9,10,11 and this did the trick for me. This still needs to be sorted out for 5.2 Any things I should try ?
