(small ISP) and after setting up leased-line with a USR-Courier modem this apear in my "security check output" kernel log messages: > tal 107736) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107750) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107764) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107778) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107792) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107806) > sio25: 14 more tty-level buffer overflows (total 107820) At the same time I have other several modems working on leased line for a long time without any problems. I feel there is no any problems connecting through this modem-line, it works good. I follow the "programmers guide" - if it works - just leave it, do not try to do better :)) But I still wonder why it works??? any suggestions-solutions??
