To use libc++ 6.0 experimental features, you have to add an explicit
-lc++experimental flag to your link command line, e.g. try:

c++ fs.cpp -o fs -lc++experimental

(Also note that experimental features are in no way stable or guaranteed to
exist in newer versions.)
