  Style cleanup (use proper comments and avoid whitespaces in function calls).
  Reenable call of dummy init-functions for the libh(^tcl) libs to ensure,
  they are included into linking.  I'm not sure, if that is needed (I
  used tclh w/o them enabled before), but Eugen added them, so I leave them
  enabled).
