Mail::Sendmail, found in the Ports collection at:

 /usr/ports/mail/p5-Mail-Sendmail

Of course, you can also call sendmail directly without a module by doing
something like:

 open(PIPE, "|/usr/sbin/sendmail");
 print PIPE "Mail from me!\n";
 close(PIPE);
