I got this panic from a kernel built from sources that were last 
updated this morning at 0600 pst.  The system dumped, but I did not
save the dump file.   If needed I can successfully repeat this panic:(

BTW, during `shutdown -r now', I got the following message:

keyboard reset did not work, attempting CPU shutdown.

Any suggestions?
