Well, i use a triple boot (w98-for testing, w2k-for work and fbsd-for really fun). I don't use the fbsd boot manager (since before it, i had linux). First, I've installed '98, than w2k. So, the dual boot 98-2k is solved by the ntloader. After this, I've installed boot magic and it works just fine. Every time I add or remove an OS (linux or bsd), it detect changes. So, the boot magic have 2 options: "Win2k/98" that start ntldr, and "FreeBsd" that start bsd. A, btw, just a trick: i have a 20mb FAT partition ("c:"), on which the boot magic is installed. So, if i just decide that i dont' need the '98 or 2k partitions, i can remove them. Good luck.
