Sure.  Just go to Sam Spade:
http://www.samspade.org/t/

and paste it into the 'obfuscated URLs' lookup box.  From
there you can click around and find out that it is
coming from Time Warner Telecom.  Just send the spam
to abuse@TWTELECOM.NET, and ipmanager@twtelecom.net.
Make sure you include all the headers.
