Check /etc/rc.conf for any mention of jails. If there is, you should be =
able to start the jails using the /etc/rc.d/jail script, specifying the =
operation (start) and the jail name.

If there is no mention in /etc/rc.conf - how and where are the jails =
defined? How do you know there are any?
