	there is also a zipfile, but im pretty sure all you need is 
that.. it may puke because it says it cant find some file, you can just 
amke it :> wont hurt anything.. i've used fips tons of times <no, not 
because it screwed me over and i had to try again :>> and it's worked 
great.. get the .DOC file too :> best of luck..
