Hi, I was looking at the FreeBSD-3.x documentation as well as parts of the code but couldn't figure this out. Does FreeBSD-3.x support kernel threads ? If so, can you please comment on the preemptability of the kernel too - i.e. is it possible for a kernel thread executing kernel code to be preempted by another one at arbitrary times.
