If Vista runs on linux qemu, it will run on FreeBSD qemu. But why would you want to run it? Just because you were forced to buy a torture device doesn't mean you have to use it on yourself. [Ok, ok, Vista is not all that bad!] You do have a choice. Buy a Macbook. Things just work (and it appears that for some strange reason you do want that).
