It seems that this is still and issue in the latest version:

Name : chromium
Version : 35.0.1916.153_1
Architecture : freebsd:10:x86:64
:
        CODECS : on
        DEBUG : off
        GCONF : off
        PULSEAUDIO : on
        TEST : off

Would compiling has debug help in anyway? And if so is there perhaps a
package with debug compiled? My laptop always run out of ram/swap, I'm
trying to do this in another machine, I run zfs on this one for testing
which doesn't help with RAM usage and I also have a 2GB only swap partition
(which is set by default)
