What about if we go a little further? Perhaps we can have /pub/FreeBSD (core stuff) /pub/FreeBSD-archive (old stuff, old releases etc) and /pub/FreeBSD-extras (things like extracted source trees etc). Then the default expectations would be for a mirror to have /pub/FreeBSD and the other stuff could be very limited and only as needed. These could be seperate rsync/cvsup collections and things like FreeBSD-extras could be mostly synthesized locally. > regards, > > -jason > Cheers, -Peter -- Peter Wemm - peter@wemm.org; peter@FreeBSD.org; peter@yahoo-inc.com "All of this is for nothing if we don't go to the stars" - JMS/B5 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hubs" in the body of the message
