Does FreeBSD have a loopback device for mounting filesystems that's somehting like Linux's /dev/loop0? We share a large number of CD-ROMs (parts catalogues, reference information and such) and its easeir to take images of them and store them on disk than to go out and buy enough CD-ROM drives to mount them all.
