Subject:   datasize limit -h 4m in root why? How to correct?

I have box running FreeBSD 2.0.5.

Some users need 10 M datasize but I seem to have 4m hard limit. I do not
know where it is comming from. In /etc/csh.cshrc or .login I have no hard
limit to datasize.

Kernel config has 128UL*1024*1024 (or actually this option is not set, I
think default is 128)
