It's the scsi driver, it's the Promise firmware... I have not many tech skills, i'm the manager and i'm working side by side with the sysadmin, but both of us don't get it. You have 2 RM8000 and if i've understood ok, one works fine and the other doesn't. =BFWhat's the difference between the two? This tower is driving me nuts. We bought it in december and it=20 works fine for 1 or 2 weeks till we turn it off, then it began to rebuild the 3rd. disk. We change it, rebuild the new one,=20 everething seems to be ok, but turn off, turn on and rebuild again. Finally, after many tests, we sent the tower from Buenos Aires to California and after a month we receive a new one with the 1.1.0.30 firmware. We were happy for some days, but now this. We don't know what to do. I'll try to get some help from Promise, but i'm not sure that the problem is in the firmware... I hope i can get better help from here. Any suggestion that we=20 can try and test is really welcome. Thanks in advance and greetings from Argentina, PABLO
