is there an announcement list for mirror sites ?  i'm assuming
this list isn't it, and i'm not on the announce list, because
i didn't see any announcement of the 3.2 beta snap, or the
building of the packages-3.2 directory :-(

which list should one subscribe to, to see those sorts of
announcements ?
